Sigh... ignorance. Zeek is not a Ponzi and they could of 100% proved it at court. But due to the insane amount of money it would of cost, it would not have been worth it which is why Burks settled the SEC charges and didn't deny or admit anything.The SEC is returning the loses to affiliates. The SEC is too powerful. When they step in, its a hard fight, and would of taken years to settle. When the sec comes, businesses normal have no choice but to quit unless they were powerful like google.
Obama bails out these stupid Auto Companies who then go Bankrupt YET AGAIN <<---THAT'S A PONZI ! Our government needs to Leave companies Alone !!
